Job Position Summary:
Due to our ongoing success we are looking to recruit another member of staff for our internal helpdesk. The support provided will include fault diagnosis and rectification of Internet connectivity, Email including Microsoft Exchange environments, Microsoft Windows desktop, Office and server platforms, antivirus and firewalls.

The role will involve supporting the IT infrastructure of all our customer base including server, storage, network, data and applications in addition to project work to improve and enhance the customers infrastructure environment.
